Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep ProxVox safe, legal, and usable for normal customer-service calls. This page is a product policy, not legal advice.

Allowed use

ProxVox may only be used for lawful, authorized phone calls where you have a legitimate reason to place the call. Common allowed uses include account support, cancellations, refunds, appointment booking, billing questions, travel changes, and other normal customer-service tasks.

Prohibited use

You may not use ProxVox for emergency calls, spam, robocalls, cold sales outreach, telemarketing, campaign calls, mass or random-number calls, scams, phishing, fraud, threats, harassment, extortion, impersonation, debt collection, or calls that seek sensitive credentials or secrets.

Regulated calls

Do not use ProxVox for medical, legal, tax, immigration, insurance-claim, financial-advice, or other regulated calls where licensing, professional duties, or special compliance rules may apply.

AI disclosure

ProxVox uses an AI-generated voice. If the person on the call asks whether the caller is automated, AI, or a bot, ProxVox must answer truthfully.

Enforcement

We may block calls, limit usage, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant metadata when abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations are suspected.
