These starter terms explain the current product rules. Have counsel review before treating this as your final public contract.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the phone numbers you call, the goals you enter, and your use of ProxVox. You must have a lawful reason and authorization to place each call.
Acceptable use
Your use of ProxVox is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block calls or suspend access when we suspect abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.
AI behavior
ProxVox uses AI-generated speech and language models. AI output may be imperfect, delayed, misunderstood, or unavailable. You should monitor important calls and take over when needed.
Billing and minutes
Subscription plans and extra minute packs provide call minutes as shown at purchase. Usage may include time spent ringing, connected, on hold, or otherwise handled by the calling system, depending on carrier and provider reporting.
No professional advice
ProxVox is not a medical, legal, tax, immigration, insurance, financial, or emergency service. Do not use it where licensed professional advice, regulated handling, or emergency response is required.
Service availability
ProxVox depends on third-party providers for calling, transcription, AI, text-to-speech, payments, authentication, hosting, and email. Service may be interrupted or limited by those providers.
